India today is home to the youngest population in the world; it offers huge scope for putting
together a talent pool. Unfortunately, many of our potential talents lack visibility. India's
demographic dividend is a terrific window of opportunity, with the potential to transform the
Country. But it can turn into a curse if the country is unable to harness its human capital. The
DEMING FOUNDATION wishes to make a contribution towards augmenting this dividend,
through the acquisition and honing of entrepreneurial skills and workforce.
DEMING FULL BRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM assists students to pursue Postgraduate
Courses in Management which basically aim at speeding up the process of enhancing their
intellectual grip and competency level in the core management functions.
This initiative will serve as an aid to those talented Indian students who may never get an
opportunity to access quality higher education, unless provided with suitable assistance. To
accomplish this notion, the Foundation has created a blueprint for searching talent across the
country and later on internationally. Along with this, the Foundation will initiate fellowship
programs, for bringing on board, talented candidates, who are to train with anyone of the
different schools, operating under the aegis of the foundation, in order to expand the
catchment area of talent. In that sense its principles will be the reverse of a rash of management
schools currently cropping up in response to demand, which act as commercial traps.

from across the country will be involved in recommending students before the Full Bright
Scholarship Selection Board. Extensive talent search programs is being undertaken for
distribution of Scholarships to eligible students for admission to the prestigious full bright
Institutes funded by DEMING FOUNDATION.
A Graduate or appearing in the final year in 2012, with aggregate first Class in all previous
Board/annual exams, together, conducted by the State/ University
• Students are selected on the basis of exceptional academic and professional performance, as well as personal qualities such as leadership, integrity and decision making.
• Language plays a pivotal role in exchanging ideas and here at Deming the emphasis is on sharing knowledge where one can easily put across his/her own views through
verbal communication. Linguistic skills are an important criterion of selection.
• All application on prescribed form must be endorsed/recommended by a RECOMMENDING AUTHORITY, who has to assess the Candidate before the application is forwarded.

The following students will be exempted from getting their application endorsed before
applying for DEMING FULL BRIGHT SCHOLARSHIPS:
1. A students who has received above 90 percentile in CAT Examination or
2. A students who has received above 95 percentile in MAT Examination or
3. A student who has scored above 80% in Board Examinations (10+2) or
4. A student who has obtained First Division in Graduation or in 2 years in aggregate if appearing in final year in 2012, or
5. A student who is pursuing or have passed: BBA, B.Com, BA Eco, BA ENGLISH, BA Psychology or Creative Science, BE/B.TECH, B. Arch, MBBS/ Pharmacy, MBA
6. A student who has at least 2 years of Work Experience in a reputed Organization.
The Deming Full Bright Scholarship Board shall scrutinize all applications, and declare a list
of shortlisted candidates for interview at Delhi. The shortlisted Candidates will have to intensively
interact with the Board members on various counts related to life style to academics to
situation analysis to mental alertness. No previous preparation is required to appear for the
Interaction sessions.
The Scholarship Board shall recommend 25 % of total seats per Institute it funds for the Full Bright Students. The students will be selected on the basis of their aptitude in Finance / HRM/ Marketing or IT application in Corporate. The total intake for Full Bright Students for 2012 July Intake will be limited to 60 only.
All selected Full Bright Students will be given a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) which they
will have to present to the Admission Office of the respective Institutes in whose favor the LOR
has been issued. The amount of Scholarship will be up to Rs.100000 per annum towards the
tuition Fee, which would be directly reimbursed to the concerned Institute by the DEMING
FOUNDATION. In the event, the Prescribed Tuition Fee is Less than the Scholarship amount
sanctioned, only the lower amount will be disbursed. Any other fee, other than tuition fee,
will have to be paid by the recommended students. The Scholarship shall be applicable only
to a recommended Institute of the Foundation and shall be at the discretion of the Scholarship
Board.
A LOR for Deming Full Bright Scholarship may allow a recommended student to take
admission without any Entrance test to the Prestigious Programs. However, it is the prerogative
of the Dean of the recommended Institute to allot a seat, depending on the Number of
Seats available for Full Bright Scholarship recommended students at the time of admission.
Step 1: Apply on the prescribed scholarship form which can be obtained from Deming office. Application form can also be filled and submitted on The foundation's website- www.demingasia.com
Step 2: Get the application form endorsed by a recommending authority Of Deming Full Bright Scholarship Board. If you are unable to approach a Recommending Authority, have your application Endorsed by a gazetted officer, Govt. Of India, or a Professor/Dean of a recognized college/University. Exempted Students need no endorsement.
Step 3: Send application form duly filled in, along with a DD of Rs. 1100/- Payable to Deming Edu Foundation, Payable at Delhi and Self addressed Envelops To: Deming Edu Foundation, G-8, Ground Floor, 187-188, Sant Nagar Main Road, East of Kailash, New Delhi- 110065 (in case the application is rejected for consideration, the DD shall be returned back to the applicant).
Step 4: The list of students who become eligible for consideration, will be Displayed on the website. A scanned copy of the admit card can be Downloaded by the applicant, which is to be brought for entry to the interaction session with the Deming Full Bright Scholarship Board at Delhi on the notified Date, Time and Venue.
Canvassing in any form, and influence in any manner, would lead to cancellation
of the application. All decisions of the Scholarship Board will be final..
